A day with an Awesome Friend 😀

 Hey guys!!

What's up?? Hoping everything is fine.

Todays blog is going to be VERY long & VERY amazing (cause my friend and I are amazing) LOL. Well that's why blogs are awesome.

Yes you are right, I am writing this blog with my friend who is sitting right beside me!!!

Hi everyone!!!!!!!! My name is Nehal and I am sitting right next to Evelin (as she mentioned). Hope you enjoy it!!!!

I have known Nehal since I was in kindergarten. Even more cool part is that she is even a part of my taekwondo class. In fact, we both are in our BLACK BELT!!

Evelin: So, it all started like this-

           It was Saturday and my mother told me that my friend (Nehal of course) is coming. I was like, "sounds great!". I was soo happy😀.Until she told, "Nehal is coming tomorrow at 8 in the morning"

"Yaaay!!! Wait what? 8??"😲 

"Oh yes!!"

So she warned me to wake up early. And yes of course I put the alarm for 6 in the morning.

Now it is Sunday (that means yesterday) I heard the alarm⏰ at 6 in the morning, woke up- fell down- and slept again 😂. At exactly 7:30 my brother woke me up, but I said I will wake up in 5 minutes... but when I woke up it was 8:05.

Nehal: I woke up at exactly 6:15 am and started to get ready to come to Evelin's house. At 8:10 am I started from home 🏡. I was soo excited to go to her house!!!!!!!! 😃

           

Evelin: I got out of bed🛌 and dashed into the washroom to brush my teeth🦷. After that I drank a glass of water and took my milk. I was just about to touch the cup into my mouth when..

TUcK- TUcK- TUcK I heard someone knock✊. My brother rushed for it. He opened the door and there stood Nehal with her mother👩‍👧.

Her mother left her and went. I was soo delighted to see her and then was totally clueless of what to do🙄. So I welcomed her into my room, only then remembered that the light of the room was not working.

And after that I remembered that I had to drink my milk. I drank it without Nehal watching me (though I think she did). And then my brother called us to play Monopoly. We were having a lot of fun when...

At around 9:30, my mom called us for break fast. Nehal had already eaten her breakfast, but we forced her to have some more (c'mon she's a guest). 

We had food we resumed our game. After a while we got bored, and decided to listen to songs on ALEXA (that was very fun.. what can be better that listening to songs with friends). We danced like crazy.. only that it didn't look like like dancing😂. And guess what it was the first time I saw Nehi (Nehal) dance like that!! The first on our playlist was 'Who let the dogs out' 🎧that drove my parents mad!! (they were not angry, they were laughing MAD).

We even played a HARRY POTTER⚡ quiz (we both are Potterhead's). Scored good scores and then decided to go out for a brisk walk. I told her it wont be that great to walk 'cause I know how it is.. in the end we did as she wanted (she is the guest) so, all we did was walk and come up wash our hands (we never forgot Dear Old COVID), then again walk and come up wash our hands.

Oh! but wait in the middle we had a bit fun in our walk. We saw the boys (my brother and another friend) and decided to tail them (spy them). The boys got annoyed but we continued. After a while we lost track of where they went and eventually forgot that we were tailing them. We were going home again when, we found them (my bro and his friend) right in front of out house.

We went home wondering when the boys came and washed our hands (again). We played some more songs like- Speechless, Hello (-Adele), Spectre, On the floor, and several more. My mother even gave us a HUGE cookie (a lava cookie), it was chocolate and we eat it with so much enthusiasm. 

Then suddenly (I got scared) - all of a sudden we heard a sound (I was very tensed) -heard the sound of the ringtone of my moms phone. I ran to receive the call, it was Nehal's mom. She said she would come to pick her in 15 minutes!! Nehal was about to run.. you can clearly tell she didn't want to go.

So we went down (again). We were petrified to see any white car (Nehal's car is white). We came across 3 cars.. luckily none was hers. She suddenly felt the urgent need to use the washroom. Now that was funny.. was she so scared of going home that she wanted to use the restroom?

When we again went down, we saw my father with her mother and father, probably talking. We ran towards them. I said hello to the parents and her brother (who is younger that both of us). I gave my dad a stare, a stare that said, "Ask if Nehi can stay for lunch". 

My father asked and to our surprise the answer was 'NO'.. kidding just wanted to cause tension, her mother said 'YES!!!'

They this time even dropped Nehal's brother Nikhil.

With a lot of good byes♡, me and Nehi ran back to the house with the widest grins ever. We told my mom the good news, and she gave a happy smile too.

Then, we decide to write a blog (the blog you are reading NOW). Then my mom called me to take a bath (Oops! I forgot that I didn't take a bath.. it was embarrassing until Nehal told me that even she didn't take a bath either).

I quickly took a bath (at least I guess I did, 'cause my mom looked surprised)

She said, "You finished quite quickly!!"

I got really embarrassed, but didn't really care.

We had our lunch (a very-yummy-feasty lunch) and OH-NO! I got a bad stomach ache.. I ran to the restroom. Aah! that felt better. By the time I came out everyone had finished their desert. I took my share but couldn't eat it, it was JUST too sweet.

We played with each other (me, my brother, Nehal and Nikhil). Then got tired and sat idle for a while. Then me and Nehal resumed our blog, which we stopped because I had to take a bath. Then we joined Nikhil, who was watching The legendary-TOM & JERRY movie!!!

Then we went back to do the blog and I even taught her how to solve a cube!!

At around 4 in the evening, we watched 'SPY KIDS-4', though I already watched it, it was super amazing. Then when the movie got over at like 6, we planned to watch 'Just Add Magic'. In the middle we were interrupted by a the door bell.

 There stood Nehal's mother and father all ready to pick them up (let me tell it was 7 in the evening). We quickly wore our masks and ran out of the house. Neither did I want her to go nor did she want to. So we were again in the basement and the parents were having some talk. 

I don't know why the last few minutes are always the best. We played several games.. there were nearly 10 of us to play. And then at 7:30 pm, she had to go. It was terrible and SAD. 

The worst of all was she was moving to another state!!😥

My friends (Gargi and another one) knows Nehal too. Gargi did feel bad too. The other girl (Ananya) was not there to play, she was studying. 

But there was a good part, Nehal is coming next week too!!
